The biggest advantage of using WordPress Alpha is the ability to deploy pre-configured websites on a blazing fast server in just two clicks (a third click will install SSL certificate to make your site URL start with https)
This is all made possible by the templates created which have multiple plugins not only installed but also configure as far as I can to make your site ready to add content after a few extra configurations.
Plugins such as Yoast SEO, GDPR, Security plugins are often difficult for most non techie people to understand well enough to set up, then and a bunch more plugins for website traffic, social media, marketing, lead generation, and SEO plugins and you have a nice collection of plugins that will work together, but more importantly they come within the templates already with the settings done, and on a theme that looks great and has been optimized as far as is possible before you need to do your site personalizations.
Let's take a deeper dive into what plugins are configured and what types of features and benefits they have.
The WordPress Alpha Pre Configured Set Of Plugins
Fortunately, my background is in SEO and I have created a ton of SEO tools over the years including some fantastic SEO plugins for WordPress.
So naturally, several SEO plugins have included in WordPress Alpha.
However, there are other key plugins that are included and other key types of plugins that I have omitted as I recommend that you use some specific premium plugins and not free plugins to do what these do.
An example of this would be using WP Rocket instead of free caching plugins.
Yoast SEO Plugin (Configured for you)

Yoast SEO is the most commonly used WordPress SEO plugin. It is the favorite tool of millions of users and some of the most popular sites on the planet.
The free Yoast SEO plugin gives you complete WordPress SEO tools including site verification, XML sitemaps, SEO preview, Facebook and Twitter preview images, title and meta descriptions, and more.
To set up Yoast I recommend watching the 45 Minute video below to learn the settings or alternatively deploy WordPress sites with WordPress Alpha where I have already done the settings for you.
All In One SEO Pack (Configured)

The All in One SEO Pack is the original WordPress SEO plugin, downloaded over 50,000,000 times since 2007. You can use All in One SEO Pack to optimize your WordPress site similar to Yoast.
To set up all in one SEO pack I recommend to watch the 36-minute video below to learn the settings or alternatively I have set it up for you in our WordPress Alpha Templates.
Video, Image and Mobile XML Sitemaps

Sitemaps come in two forms, HTML sitemaps which are user-friendly website navigation links on one page designed for site visitors to benefit from, and there are also XML sitemaps, which are for search engines which you can ping or better still, add to webmaster tools for Bing and Google Search console.
I have added three XML sitemaps plugins which take a click or two to deploy your sitemaps and ping the search engines and ideally add to your webmaster tools at Google and Bing.
If you're not sure how to do this we can offer this as a 3 in 1 service (Google Search Console,
Within both Yoast and All In One SEO plugins they have a feature for XML sitemap too, the three sitemaps above are alternatives ways to create more advanced sitemaps not available in the free versions of Yoast and all in one.
Schema Plugin

There are several quality schema plugins available, but this one installed on WordPress Alpha templates is a Super fast, light-weight plugin for adding schema.org structured data markup in recommended JSON-LD format automatically to WordPress sites.
WHAT IS SCHEMA MARKUP?
Schema markup is code (semantic vocabulary) that you put on your website to help the search engines return more informative results for users. So, Schema is not just for SEO reasons, it’s also for the benefit of the searcher.
AMP it Up! Plugin

AMP for WordPress automatically adds Accelerated Mobile Pages (Google AMP Project) functionality on your Site!
There are far more complex and comprehensive AMP plugins around but for most people, this is great as it doesn't need to be configured.
Just install, activate it and it´s done!
This official AMP WordPress plugin from amp-cloud.de enable automated AMP support to your website for free!
It creates without any prior knowledge and completely free Google-compliant AMPHTML versions of your webpages.
Link Control Alpha

This is one of my own plugins.
Scans your website to identify all internal links, outbound links and you can even discover inbound links coming to your site and send them to an indexer to boost your backlinks
WP RSS Xtreme

This is another one of mine and I created it at the time to solve one major problem.
That was to index pages fast when I was playing around with a keyword poking strategy and creating thousands of pages to see what keywords could be ranked with not much SEO and backlinks and from those, to discover which keywords had traffic and impressions.
Pretty quickly I realized that by doing this in WordPress instead of YouTube meant that there was a long waiting time to get indexed.
It basically creates RSS feeds from the category, page level, site level and you can also mash in authority sites from your niche and mash them all together, then publish the mashed feed to FeedBurner and ping all the links.
You can deactivate it after use and run it again for each category every month or so.by activating to run it and then deactivating in between use.
Hummingbird Site Speed Plugin

Hummingbird is a performance optimization plugin for WordPress. Once activated, it scans your site for potential speed improvements and provides fine-tuned controls for file compression, minification and browser caching.
Personally, I prefer WP Rocket which is a premium plugin and could not be included in the WordPress Alpha templates, but hummingbird free version is very good for no cost and sufficient for most sites.
WP Indexer

This plugin works with a choice of 3rd party indexing services and it's great for larger sites such as Local Biz Alpha directories which can run into 10’s of thousands of pages.
You need to have a paid account with one or more services.
For smaller sites just use the Link Control Alpha plugin, it's good enough for that with the recommended indexing service which you can take a low-cost package and use for multiple smaller sites effectively.
Combine that with WP RSS Xtreme and you have an efficient system for indexing your posts and pages.
Silo Alpha

Super easy way to add some site structure, map out posts and pages in bulk and save as drafts and a few other cool things.
This is one of the simplest tools I have ever had built but one of the best tools to add to any WordPress site and important for planning ahead and creating silos that Google will love and in turn reward you with better rankings for.
Autoblog Alpha

This is actually two plugin and likely to be three soon too.
What it does is allow you to add an RSS feed from any authority site, youtube channel, etc and it will post into your blog.
Why this is unique is that it doesn't have a lot of settings.
This is deliberate after I used a plugin for a sports site that I wanted to build out and was completely lost with the myriad of options.
So we got that site the way I wanted it then my coder built Autoblog Alpha to do exactly what these settings were and nothing else.
What we have now is the ability to just add an RSS feed and publish.
Every time that feed has new content it will be posted on your site, with spun content and in the exact same way I used a much better-known tool to do
I did mention that there are two plugins here
One will post a summary of content and link back to the original site.
The other will post a full article and strip the links.
A third option will come soon which will create news aggregator sites with just the headline hyperlinked to the original content with no spinning.
This plugin is available for monthly members only.
There’s always going to be tweaks, additions, replacements going on with updates of the templates but these are some of the core plugins,
So now we know what's included in the core of a WordPress Alpha template, we can look at some other awesome features and then go ahead and build a site in two clicks!
WordPress Alpha API Integrations
We have so far integrated with:
Two Domain Registrars (GoDaddy and Namecheap)
This allows one-click DNS configuration for any new sites that you add
Cloudflare
This is an alternative to direct DNS configuration with your domain registrar.
Cloudflare also offers extra security, faster load times, Class C IP variation and when using this option you need to manually add the DNS provided by WordPress Alpha into your domain registrar.
Digital Ocean
This is a blazing fast hosting service that provides servers (droplets) in 8 different locations.
- New York City
- San Francisco
- London
- Frankfurt
- Singapore
- Amsterdam
- Toronto
- Bangalore
In some of these locations, there are multiple servers as shown in the image below taken from Digital Ocean.

With 5 data centers in the US (6 in North America in total), 4 in Europe and two in Asia that's a total of 12 servers (or Droplets as Digital Ocean call them) with unique IPs suitable to build a Private Blog Network with WordPress Alpha.
